How it works
Every business is different — and so is every strategy. I offer two flexible formats depending on what works best for you and your team:
1. One Planning Workshop
Perfect if you want to bring the team together and get everything out on the table. We’ll cover core areas like your target audience, messaging, marketing goals, channels, content, and success measures. You’ll leave with clarity, a structure to follow, and a shared sense of direction.
2. Strategy Sessions (x 1hr)
Shorter, focused sessions delivered over the course of a month — ideal if time is tight or you want to build your plan more gradually. Each session tackles a key area of marketing strategy, with actions to take away and build on between calls. By the end, you’ll have a clear, actionable strategy — without the overwhelm.
What we cover
We’ll cover a range of essential areas of your business that answer four key questions
- Where are we now?
- Where are we going?
- How will we get there?
- How are we doing?
To answer these questions we’ll look at your business as it currently is, its resources, marketing assets, how well your products and services are performing, your competitors and your customers. From here, we’ll set realistic objectives and plan how we’ll achieve them. And then agree on suitable measures that check how well the plan is working, and what, if anything, needs to change.
